Athletes who understand the importance of the mental component in sport and are willing to put in the work to develop their mental skills to become a complete athlete.
Although this course is designed with the high schooler in mind, collegiate athletes and younger elite athletes would also benefit in developing the 10 Essentials.

We suggest moving through one essential each week, for a total of 10 weeks. This gives you the time to learn, develop, and implement the skills. However, you can work through the course at your own pace.

Schedules can get crazy busy. This course was designed so you can complete lessons in 5-10 minutes which means it can fit into any schedule. Expect each Essential to require an hour to complete — 30 minutes of video and 30 minutes of implementation in training.

Once purchased, it’s yours and you will maintain access to the version of the course you purchased.

This is a comprehensive course that takes the training Dr. Lindsey provides to individual clients and brings them directly to you, fitting into your schedule and budget. If you are interested in a more customized approach, click HERE.
